Làm Tàu Hủ Siêu Tốc Bằng Gelatine. Ai mà không thích ăn tàu hủ nhỉ? Mình chưa từng làm tàu hủ bằng thạch cao cũng không có ý định làm. Chợt nhớ có lần làm thạch sữa đông bằng gelatine nên bụng nghĩ sao không làm tàu hũ nhỉ? Nhanh, gọn, không cầu kỳ mà ngon. Công thức này khá biến tấu khi mình cho thêm bột trà xanh và ăn với nước đường đen kiểu Nhật. Nếu không làm thêo mình có thể bỏ bột trà xanh ra. Giờ thì là công thức nhé. 1 muỗng cà phê đường trắng.
